Being safe online
The ACT Education Directorate has a comprehensive and responsive approach to online safety (eSafety) in ACT public schools that complements the teaching and learning of eSafety in classrooms. This approach to supporting students, schools and families is guided by the Office of the eSafety Commissioner’s Best Practice Framework.
Safe and supportive schools
The Safe and Supportive Schools policy, procedures and support documents provide guidance to schools to ensure they have processes and policies in place to address bullying, harassment and violence, and to respond to complex behaviours of concern. The code of conduct outlines acceptable behaviour of students, staff, parents and visitors to ACT public schools.
